This service is defined as transporting children and youth from residential or commercial housing to family contact visits, appointments, educational facilities etc.

High Risk Youth Support

For the purpose of this part, the term “high-risk children” means individuals under the age of 21, have been abused or neglected, have serious emotional, mental, or behavioural disturbances, reside in placements outside their homes, are involved in the juvenile justice system, or are at risk of assaulting or abusing youth workers.
