Our NDIS process

One of our dedicated team will be on hand to discuss your initial enquiry.

They will book in a meeting with you to better understand your child’s needs and their NDIS goals.

They will explain how Diamond Care Support Services can assist your child and family with the support we can provide.

Our specialised team will create individualised support plans that fit the needs of your child as discussed with you. Supports then start when your child is ready.
